Our client, located in Wangara, delivers innovative healthcare solutions to improve people's lives. They are now seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join their team.

Hours - Monday to Friday - 8am - 4.30pm

**Duties will include**:

- Providing general office and administrative support to the team
- Maintaining records of hired equipment
- Preparation of quotations and scheduling of assessments
- Invoicing customers and following up outstanding payments
- NDIS Coordination
- Liaising with the warehouse re scheduling of deliveries / collections
- Coordination of equipment servicing

**Essential Criteria**:

- 4 years' experience in a similar role
- Advanced computer skills - MS Office and MYOB
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritise and meet timelines
- Satisfactory National Police Certificate

**NDIS experience will be highly regarded.**
