**What will you do?**
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will act as the first point of contact, helping our customers navigate their banking needs and empowering them to make their financial dreams come true. You will be providing outstanding assistance to our customers by assisting them with all their banking enquiries, whilst also actively educating them on the bank’s products and services.

**What you will bring**:

- The ability to work across a rotating roster, Monday - Friday 7 am-7 pm and one Saturday shift a month
- A genuine interest in growing a career in banking
- Previous banking experience and/or experience working in a Call Centre (desirable but not essential)
- A passion for solving customer problems and engaging with customers to find the perfect solution for them
- Strong computer, analytical, literacy and conversational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
