**About the role**
Reporting into our Customer Financial Services Manager based in Australia you will be dedicated to driving the four PRESTIGE outcomes of growing revenue, growing customer base, ensuring the right cost to serve and drive service excellence.
To be successful in this role, you must be an adaptable and resilient. As a dedicated and hard worker, you proactively seek to improve and develop your knowledge and skills.
- Provide specialist knowledge and advice to support internal and external stakeholders and achieve business objectives
- Complete analysis and reporting accurately and within required timeframes
- Support audits and reviews of existing processes or documentation to ensure appropriate standards are applied
- Identify risks and opportunities within key processes, investigate and present recommendations to management
- Plan, design and implement complex, sensitive or high impact processes
- Ensures on-going compliance with defined FedEx processes and procedures, relevant legislation and external regulations, and predefined agreements
- Work effectively both in a team environment and independently, and manage stakeholder expectations efficiently
**Experience & Abilities Required**
- Two (2) years’ experience within a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, statistics, management or related disciplines
