**Administrative Services Officer - Mental Health Services**
**Casual | Ararat and regional sites**
**$36.57 per hour | Flexible hours Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.00pm**

**About the Role**

Grampians Health is seeking a motivated Administrative Services Officer to provide high-quality reception and administration support to our Mental Health & Wellbeing Service. This role offers variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to develop your skills while supporting our multidisciplinary team.

**In this role you will**:
Provide reception and front-line service to clients and staf
- f Screen and attend to sensitive and confidential enquirie
- s Manage data entry and maintain office system
- s Prepare and type medical correspondenc
- e Support daily operations across Ararat and other regional site
- s

**Key Responsibilities**

Deliver welcoming reception and customer servic
- e Manage internal and external enquiries professionall
- y Update and maintain office records and information system
- s Provide accurate data entry and document preparatio
- n Assist the team with scheduling and administrative task
- s Adapt to changing service needs across multiple location

**Skills & Experience**

Strong customer service and communication skill
- s Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outloo
- k Organised, with ability to manage competing prioritie
- s Willingness to learn new systems and processe
- s Experience in health or mental health settings desirabl
