**Facilities Administration Assistant**

VenuesLive proudly manages Accor Stadium and CommBank Stadium including as exclusive catering services provider. VenuesLive also provides catering services to suburban stadiums, sporting venues and at various other special events.
VenuesLive is looking for an Administration Assistant to join our Asset Management team. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the successful applicant must be a flexible, highly organised team player with strong administrative skills and a general knowledge of asset maintenance. It is essential that you are an excellent communicator with the ability to manage internal and external relationships and expectations.
The key responsibilities of the position are:

- First point of contact for all Facilities related issues and enquiries.
- Operate the Asset Management Helpdesk.
- Assist with the coordination of venue repairs and maintenance by allocating, tracking and reporting on maintenance work orders.
- Assist with contractor management of assignment disciplines.
- General administrative duties including processing invoices.
- Coordinate annual stocktakes.
- Undertake building inspections pre and post events and functions.
- Coordinate event administration requirements for the Asset Management Department.
- Provide administrative support to the Asset Management department.

The key skills and attributes required are:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time.
- Competency in Word, Excel and Outlook and experience with a computerised maintenance management system an advantage.
- Good understanding of occupational health, safety and environmental requirements.

In addition to the above criteria, attention to detail, enthusiasm, an eagerness to learn, ability to work as part of a team, high levels of energy, willingness to work flexible hours in line with the requirements of Accor Stadium and CommBank Stadium’s event schedules (which includes weekend work) and a positive ‘can do’ attitude, is what is required to successfully undertake this position.
