**People, Culture and Diversity Leader**

**About the Role**
In this newly created role as the People, Culture and Diversity Leader you will report to the Head of Corporate Services. This role will identify, develop and implement strategies, initiatives and actions across all diverse aspects of the People, Culture and Diversity function for this community based not-for-profit organisation across New South Wales.
**About You & Your background**
As an experienced, strong and passionate Generalist, you will provide tactical, operational and strategic partnership and real time solutions to help our Managers and our people. You will also have the agility to respond to change associated with the community services sector - specifically child and family reforms, as well as Fair Work knowledge to manage and mitigate workplace and employee relations matters.
Essential Requirements:
- Min. Cert IV in HR or a related discipline
- Min. 5 years demonstrated HR experience
- Solid experience providing generalist people, culture and diversity advice and guidance across all facets of the employee experience
- Well-developed project and change management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sound influencing, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
- Proven proactive and sophisticated approach to problem solving and critical decision making capability
- Ability to develop strong working relationships by building credibility, respect and rapport with colleagues and clients
- Resilient and able to work in a fast pace and high demand environment
- Knowledge of the Fair Work Act, SCHADS Award and related HR and industry legislation, regulations and ER
- Cleared National Policy Check & Working with Children Check
- Eligible to work in Australia
- Valid NSW Driver's Licence
