Technical Records Officer

Reporting to the Manager Maintenance Planning and Technical Records, the Technical Records Officer role will be focussed on the administration and storage of aircraft maintenance records in an efficient manner that is compliant with company policies and CASA regulations.

You will receive, process, maintain and store aircraft and component records, as well as update the maintenance information database with aircraft and component information. This role will also heavily liaise with internal stakeholders across the Group, including the Maintenance Operations team and Engineering departments, to streamline processes and workflows.

You’ll have:
- Familiarity with aircraft maintenance information systems such as the Trax and IAS software packages (desirable)- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within a team.- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to work to designated timelines and deadlines- Good written and oral communication skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Forward thinking with the ability to understand the ‘big picture’- Experience in reporting and record keeping- Ability to work as part of a team to produce safe, compliant and desirable outcomes on behalf of the business.- Sound level of skill in the use of Microsoft Office- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and process compliance
