We are looking for a detail-focused and organised 
Technical Records / Stores Assistant
 to join our team. This role supports our maintenance and engineering teams by maintaining accurate aircraft records and managing parts inventory in line with company and regulatory requirements. You'll play a key part in ensuring compliance, data integrity, and smooth fleet operations through the Aerotrack system.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Records

  • Maintain aircraft maintenance records, including airframe, engine, and component logbooks.
  • Prepare and review work packs, ensuring documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Compile technical documentation for audits, lease returns, and regulatory inspections.
  • Audit and process maintenance releases, manage OEM publications, and maintain ELT/PLB registrations.
  • Oversee maintenance records for ground support equipment and role equipment.

Stores & Logistics

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming aircraft parts and materials.
  • Issue and track parts/tools to maintenance staff in Aerotrack.
  • Ensure correct storage conditions, traceability, and shelf-life control of parts.
  • Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
  • Process unserviceable parts removed from aircraft in Aerotrack.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in administration or records management (aviation/engineering industry preferred).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficiency with database systems (Aerotrack experience highly regarded).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
