Records Officer

**A client of Hays, a renowned organisation based in Kwinana, is in search of a dynamic Records Officer to join their team for an initial 8-month assignment, with the potential for extension.**

Position: Records Officer

Location: Kwinana, WA

Duration: 8 months (with the potential to extend)

Hourly Rate: $40 per hour

**About the Role**:
As a Records Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and managing essential documents and records for our client. Your responsibilities will include:

- Organising and cataloguing records for easy retrieval.
- Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with record-keeping standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate efficient record management.
- Contributing to process improvements in record-keeping practises.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience in records management or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in record-keeping software and tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
