**About the opportunity**

We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist who is looking to join a committed and professional team. This role will operate on a full-time basis working five days a week.

You will be required to:

- Primary responsibilities are to quote jobs and process orders, manage and resolve issues;
- Record all client contracts in Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) in a comprehensible way as per operating procedures;
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication;
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the sales and customer service processes;
- Participate in short daily/weekly team meetings;
- Product sales leads from the inquiries received;
- Proactively seeks technical and procedural knowledge;
- Participate in training programs (as required);
- Assist with any other sales and/or service duties as requested by senior staff.

You will have:

- 3+ years experience in a sales capacity supporting the construction industry;
- Proven success consulting with industry stakeholders at various levels;
- Experience in improving share of wallet and average order value;
- Prior success and ownership of revenue generation including working to set KPI's and delivering on sales targets;
- Ability to listen to customers and identify their requirements;
- Empathise with customers' needs and challenges;
- Knowledge of Customer Service and/or Sales principles and practices;
- Excellent conflict resolution skills including decision making and negotiation skills.
