Gemini Pinkenba is one of the largest modern accident repair workshops in Queensland, with 33 staff and a team culture that includes everyone. The team supports one another and enjoys regular BBQs and nights out together, and there are great opportunities to develop your career and progress within the business. The shop is fitted out with modern equipment including pulling racks, Car-O-Liner speed benches, and a fully functional in-house mechanical workshop. The site is conveniently located 5 minutes from the M1 and 12 minutes from Brisbane CBD.

**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Officer to join our team Gemini Pinkenba.

We are seeking a Customer Service professional, you will be assisting and supporting our wider team and managers with administration support and providing our customers updates regarding their vehicle repairs.

Permanent position. Monday to Friday.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
- Greeting customers on arrival.
- Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
- Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience
- Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
- Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs

- Proven experience within a Customer Service position
- Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills
- Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
