An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
**Customer Service Officer** to join our team, currently based in Northgate and moving to a new facility in Pikenba within the next few months.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that they receive exceptional customer service at every step of the way.

**In this role you will**:

- Provide end-to-end sales support - process customer orders, coordinate transport and ensure appropriate paperwork is complete
- Effectively manage freight processes - ensure transport details, lead times and pricing are recorded and coordinated accurately and effectively
- Invoicing, and general sales administration assistance

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Experience working in a customer
- service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate computer and data management skills - experience with MYOB preferred
- Sales experience preferred but not essential
