We’re currently on the lookout for a **Customer Service Officer** to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about people, love a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a workplace that genuinely values its team - we’d love to hear from you.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll be a key part of creating a positive experience from the moment they arrive. Your day-to-day will include:

- Providing frontline customer service to all customers who visit our site
- Keeping customers informed about the repair process and estimated completion dates for their vehicles
- Supporting management with inventory, including parts, paint, and consumables
- Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs

- Be organised and capable of managing multiple priorities
