As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the go-to advisor helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their lifestyle. This role blends customer service, sales, and operations, so no two days are the same. From guiding new subscribers, to handing over cars, to keeping everything running smoothly, you'll play a big part in shaping an exceptional customer experience.
And yes, your efforts are rewarded You'll earn monthly commission for every successful subscription you help create, on top of a competitive base salary.
What You'll Be Doing
- Be the first point of contact for subscription enquiries and guide customers to the best solution
- Deliver outstanding service that builds trust and keeps customers coming back
- Meet monthly subscription and retention targets
- Manage subscription agreements and ensure all details are accurate
- Coordinate servicing, detailing, and turnover of vehicles
- Monitor active subscriptions and resolve customer queries with care and efficiency
- Collaborate with national teams to support onboarding, customer care, and system guidance
- Contribute ideas in end-of-month reviews to improve how we work
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (automotive, retail, hospitality, or call centre welcome)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM systems and business technology
- A team player who's also confident working independently
- Must hold a valid Australian Driver's Licence
