You, as the dedicated Talent Business Partner, will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the workforce, contributing significantly to the growth and success of this business.

Responsibilities include developing and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with senior managers, coaching a geographically dispersed team, strategic sourcing, creating Position Descriptions, and creating and partnering with dedicated new sourcing channels.

**Qualifications and Skills**

You will have proven experience as a Business Partner in talent acquisition, relationship-building skills, and strong written and verbal communication. The ability to analyse metrics, familiarity with senior-level role screening, and form your current skill set and capabilities.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience looking at the strategy around engaging and acquiring new talent. We would love to talk if you are a proactive, customer-centric, and data-driven Talent Acquisition professional

This newly created position is a 12-month max-term contract with head office in Gordon.
