**How you will make a difference**
- Support our Customer Success & Sales Team members in Australia
- Own inventory management, shipments, & logistics for our Melbourne operation
- Responsible for managing trip bookings and expense reports per company travel and expense policies
- Processing all regional invoices
- Schedule deployments, service calls, and other customer-facing events
- Create and maintain customer records within internal systems
- Provide data reporting for all Customer Care teams
- Gather and document customer feedback to communicate to the appropriate internal stakeholders such as: Product, Quality, Support/Service/CPG/RA, Sales/Marketing
- Support our Customer Success mission with client situations (escalation/resolution) involving Avidbots teams such as: Shipping, Product, Production, QA, Remote Assistance, AppEng, Web Team, Software, Engineering, Service, Tech Support, and Sales
- Train customers on the Avidbots Command Center website
- Monitor Customer Health by reviewing cleaning reports and follow up with customers to ensure customer is adopting the product
- Assist with Site Fit Assessments to ensure the requirements are met
- Manage and maintain customer and partner-facing training materials including User Manuals, Procedures and Instructional Documents, Videos, and the Support website
- This role will be 95% based in our office with some regional travel to customer sites for deployments and training. These often occur outside standard work hours (early morning or late night)._
We are looking for a strong administrative professional that is talented working with customers and has experience in the supply chain profession (material management, shipping/receiving, inventory, purchasing, etc.).

**Minimum qualifications**
- 1+ years experience as an administrative professional
- 1+ years experience in a supply chain environment performing any of the following: material management, shipping/receiving, inventory, or purchasing
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Ability to travel regionally, when needed
- Ability to work unusual hours as customers require
- Holds a valid P2 or full (unrestricted) driver’s license
- Successfully complete pre-employment onboarding requirements that may include: criminal/civil background checks and motor vehicle records search
**Preferred qualifications and key skills**
- Customer service experience
- Experience developing successful professional relationships
- Professional experience in adult training, adult education, or with similar responsibilities
- Multilingual
- Holds a valid passport
