**Breeze Group **is looking for a Customer Service Representative for one of our valued clients.

**The role**:
At a glance, you will be required to:

- Provide and maintain customer service to clients, both nationally and internationally.
- Processing customer orders
- Communicating with all departments where required
- Provide feedback on efficiency of customer service process
- Determining common flaws and providing suggestions on how to prevent them in the future (Critical Analysis)

**Previous experience**:

- Experience in a customer service or other commercial environment is preferable.
- Experience working with customers
- Positive and proactive work attitude
- Availability to work between 8.30 am - 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Pay rate is negotiable and will be based on prior experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
