L&D Coordinator / LMS Administrator role - Early Education. Drummoyne with WFH flex. Salary from $80k + Super

**Your new company**
Large organisation within the Early Education sector who have been going through a huge transformation in the last 6 months, of which Learning and Development has been a critical focus area. They have recently rolled out a new leaning system, with brand new content to nearly 3000 people.

**Your new role**
The Learning Coordinator role will see you managing, updating and maintaining the LMS platform, along with developing new processes and mechanisms to enhance the L&D function and drive engagement. You will bring your expertise and develop your own skills by flexing your creative muscles to really shine in this autonomous role
- Continuously monitor and improve the experience learners have with our LMS, proactively work with learners to identify pain points, and develop initiatives to resolve them
- Embed LMS usage across the company driving monthly and quarterly engagement activities
- Respond to LMS related enquiries such as user addition and removal, certificate maintenance and general design updates of banners and graphics
- Develop ongoing reporting mechanism for Service and Support office-based management, highlighting LMS usage and course engagement
- Manage all communications related to the LMS, working with internal stakeholders
- Manage all course maintenance, including updating and archiving courses
- Manage learning pathways in the LMS

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 2 years minimum LMS Administration experience
- Self-starter and able to manage own time effectively
- Thrives on delivering industry leading learning and development outcomes
- Good understanding of project management processes
- Effective Stakeholder/Relationship Management skills
- Attention to Detail
- Experience using LearnUpon (desirable)
