**Your Next Role**

Are you looking for a hands-on role where you can put your skills to the test in a fast-paced, team-driven environment? We’re looking for motivated **Labourers and Machine Operators** to join our crew
Reporting to the **Site Supervisor**, you’ll be a key player in keeping production running smoothly. From expertly operating tools and machinery to ensuring top-quality output, your role will be crucial in hitting our production targets—all while maintaining a **strong safety-first culture**.
- All our people go home in the same condition they came to work; safety before production.
- Operating pallet manufacturing machinery (saws, nail guns, automated assembly lines) safely and efficiently.
- Producing high-quality, durable pallets that meet our company’s standards.
- Troubleshooting and maintaining equipment to keep operations running seamlessly.
- Working as a multi-skilled, cross-functional team member to meet customer needs—every time

Hoppers Crossing is a vibrant suburb located in the western outskirts of Melbourne, Victoria. It is part of the City of Wyndham and is approximately 23 kilometres southwest of Melbourne's Central Business District.

**About you**
- **Day Shift Ready?** You’re available to work **6:54 AM - 3:00 PM** and open to varying rosters, rotating shifts, or different schedules as needed.
- **Industry Experience?** If you’ve worked in the **pallet industry** or **manufacturing**, that’s a big plus Experience with **heavy machinery and tools** used in pallet production? Even better
- **Team Player with Initiative?** You thrive in a **team environment** but can also **work independently** when needed. Reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic are key to success in this role
