Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing HR team in the commercial sector? Join as a Recruitment & Human Resources Administrator and take charge of the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting HR functions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various business entities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment agencies.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare recruitment documentation, manage interview schedules, and provide interview feedback.
- Assist HR team with day-to-day tasks such as diary management and staff initiatives.
**What We're Looking For**
- Proven experience in recruitment (3+ years) or HR support roles.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Experience with HR systems (training will be provided if necessary).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Must pass a pre-employment medical assessment and police check for security clearance.
