About the Role

We're looking for a People & Culture Administrator to join our team

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their HR career, gain exposure across the employee lifecycle, and make a real impact in a supportive team.

Responsibilities

  • Setting up new employment contracts
  • Assisting with end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Coordinating onboarding activities and employee experiences
  • Analysing people data and metrics and providing insights
  • Coordinating training programs and sessions
  • Ensure accurate employee records are maintained
  • Managing HR data and information systems
  • Assisting with quality system reviews
  • Participating in people projects and initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Desirable Certificate IV Human Resource Management
  • Proven experience in a HR administration role is an advantage.
  • Experience in coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Understanding of HR practices including Equal Employment Opportunity and WH&S requirements is preferred.
