About the Role
We're looking for a People & Culture Administrator to join our team
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their HR career, gain exposure across the employee lifecycle, and make a real impact in a supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Setting up new employment contracts
- Assisting with end-to-end recruitment processes
- Coordinating onboarding activities and employee experiences
- Analysing people data and metrics and providing insights
- Coordinating training programs and sessions
- Ensure accurate employee records are maintained
- Managing HR data and information systems
- Assisting with quality system reviews
- Participating in people projects and initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Desirable Certificate IV Human Resource Management
- Proven experience in a HR administration role is an advantage.
- Experience in coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Understanding of HR practices including Equal Employment Opportunity and WH&S requirements is preferred.
