**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Minimum years of experience and track record in the successful development and implementation of change management strategy and plans as well as knowledge of and practice in change methodologies for multiple projects,
- Experience supporting large scale and complex programs of work with demonstrated track record in successfully implementing change.
- Experience in both the planning and execution of change management activities such as change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis, communication, training, readiness, change benefits realization and champion networks
- High level interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with and influence senior leaders to gain buy-in to enable change to happen
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Significant experience working on technology and/or highly technical projects (ideally within the energy and/or utilities industry)
- Experience in coaching and using techniques to influence positive behavior and proven ability to creatively work with resistance
- ***Certification and experience in a Change Management methodology (**preferably** **PROSCI)**
- ***Demonstrated experience working with a variety of project delivery methodologies, such as Agile, Iterative and Waterfall will be highly regarded**
