**Your new company**
Based in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, this government organisation plays a critical role regulating utilities across Victoria, who are seeking a backfill HR Business Partner to provide generalist HR advice for 12 months on a fixed-term basis.

**Your new role**
- Provide comprehensive generalist Human Resources advice, support and guidance to designated client group
- Work with senior leaders to proactively identify people related trends, risks and resolve in a timely matter
- Lead employee relation activities, including performance, grievance and work cover
- Drive end-to-end recruitment, facilitating headhunting, shortlisting, screening, interviewing and offering

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within HR advisory or business partnering
- Proven track record managing people related issues, including performance, grievances and work cover
- Previous experience within government is desirable, however not essential
- Ability to use LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage
