Join our team of innovative and highly intelligent individuals as we expand and search for a talented User Experience (UX) Designer. We're seeking a high performer who is passionate about excellent design and understands that creating an exceptional user experience is a continuous, iterative process.

**We’d be excited to meet you if you’re**:

- Passionate about creating exceptional user experiences through real user research
- Able to confidently lead and conduct user research activities such as requirements gathering and card sorting workshops
- Driven to explore new tools, with in-depth knowledge of modern research and design tools, such as Figma
- Open to feedback, with strong collaboration skills and a desire to mentor and learn from others

**Your skills will include**:

- Excellence in survey writing and workshop facilitation
- Researching, wireframing, and prototyping user-centred solutions
- Developing highly detailed wireframes and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Building Information Architecture (IA) that meets the needs of stakeholders and their customers
- Being able to demonstrate a portfolio or examples/case studies of previous work, including experiments

As our UX Designer you'll have the opportunity to work on unique enterprise projects and products that promote positive social impact and community engagement. We offer a diverse and inclusive team of experts you can rely on and trust implicitly to deliver enterprise-grade products.

**Salary**: From $100,000.00 per year
