**About the role**
As a User Experience Designer (UXD) you will prioritise customers and tackle complex problems and transform them into designs that not only look great, but are intuitive and easy to use.
You will be immersed in the product development lifecycle - from understanding the business case and customer problem, to driving the user experience strategy and co-designing with a cross-functional team to deliver customer focused experiences using agile delivery techniques.
You will be awesome at combining business objectives with user needs to create deliverables such as personas, user journeys, sitemaps, wireframes, designs and interactive prototypes. You will be experienced in presenting your design rationale using customer insights to stakeholders and the design team. You will live for staying on top of design trends and developments in technology, which will help you push the boundaries and be able to influence/enlighten/persuade others to do the same.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Conduct user requirements analysis including personas, scenarios and task analysis
- Create new designs, including (but not limited to), user flows, journey maps, wireframes and prototypes
- Conduct iterative testing and rapidly translate research findings into design
- Deliver designs for each release by providing production ready assets and supporting the development team through implementation
- Work with developers and key stakeholders to ensure brand, style and usability guidelines are adhered to
**About you**
- Degree in multimedia, information systems
- Kickass Sketch, Adobe XD or Figma skills (we don’t mind which one)
- Strong understanding of interaction design
- Good technical knowledge to understand what is and isn't possible
- Skilled in various design techniques such as wireframing, sketching prototyping and development of UI assets
- Knowledgeable about Design Thinking, Human Centred design and experienced in working in an agile UX environment
- Familiarity with prototyping technologies, such as Adobe XD, InVision or Principle
- Multi-channel and platform design (across mobile, tablet, desktop)
- Have worked in a cross-functional team
- Have worked in agile environments
- Responsive design experiences, interaction design, computer science or related field
**The Perks**
We work hard and play hard, so along with a very competitive salary and generous performance-based bonus, we will also provide you with:

- Free merch including t-shirts, SB branded coffee keep cups (Frank Green might we add) and much more
