NUV Petroleum Group is a 20-year old Australian parent company, operating 60 petrol stations and convenience stores in Australia. The company focuses on establishing Australian and overseas businesses in petrol Stations (Servos) with convenience store retailing and real estate, The Marketing co- ordinator (based in Melbourne, Australia) and will be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that allow for the successful completion of planned marketing campaigns and projects.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.)
  • Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and facilitate their success
  • Prepare and deliver promotional content and presentations
  • Compose and post/schedule online content on the company's website and social media accounts
  • Submit ideas for experiential marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the company's brand
  • Helping conduct and collate findings from market research
  • Assisting in the distribution of company newsletters and information
  • Responding to marketing/customer queries via phone, email, or social media

Requirements and Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords, etc.)
  • Exquisite communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to constantly improve and optimize
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and good research skills
  • Basic design skills with working knowledge of Canva/Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience with Facebook/Instagram advertising
