**Enough about us What you’ll do as a Team Assisstant**:
As a Team Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our Melbourne Sales team, providing a mix of executive support, office coordination and administration.

You’ll be the go-to person for all things organisation — keeping diaries on track, managing travel, ensuring the office runs efficiently, and supporting the team to deliver their best work.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Provide confidential executive support to two Sales Directors — including diary management, meeting coordination, travel bookings, and expense management
- Manage general office administration — overseeing supplies, facilities, mail, and meeting room coordination
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and sales materials
- Coordinate team events, meetings, and client hospitality
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information

- Previous experience in an office manager, team assistant, or administration role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A proven track record of handling confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, alongside the broader Microsoft Office suite
- A flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
