**Asset & Development Manager (Office & Industrial) - Perth - $160k - 170k +Super + Bonus**

Our client is a tier 1 Investment Group headquartered in Sydney (this role is Perth CBD based) who boast an enviable track record of delivering major real estate precincts and projects across the country, via both direct ownership and capital partnerships, as well as being one of the largest private commercial asset owners nationally. They are now looking to make a key hire in the Perth market to help lead asset management as well as oversee development activity for the state.

As the Asset & Development Manager, you will take control using your experience to assist the development team in various aspects of the assigned development program to achieve the best outcome for the group and its partners. In addition, you will have solid experience within technical asset and property management, as well as the ability to work autonomously.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of varying commercial and industrial assets from an asset management perspective;
- Deal with key tenant relationships and help drive leasing outcome with the Head of Asset Management;
- Manage multiple aspect of the WA development portfolio on a daily basis, including overseeing project team and leading PCG meetings, as well as being involved in selection and management of external consultants;
- Monitor and manage capital works programs across the property portfolio, costs management ensuring delivery of tenancy make goods to budgets and assisting with driving the strategy and asset plans;
- Oversee the formulation of the strategic asset plans and delivery of the same for development projects in designated portfolio;
- Ad hoc responsibilities as the main business representative for the brand in Perth.

**Requirements**:
‐ Degree qualified in Property Economics, Construction, Finance, Engineering or equivalent field;
‐ Strong track record within commercial focused asset management and projects;
‐ Strong people skills and can manage ambiguity and changes effectively;
‐ Strong compliance and safety knowledge;
‐ Ideal but not essential, current working knowledge of the WA planning environment;
‐ Ability to manage multiple projects and clients and meet shifting priorities and deadlines;
‐ Excellent written and oral presentation skills;
‐ Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
