**About the Role**

As asset support officer you will be providing general administrative support contributing to

the effective coordination of adopted programs, processes, and systems for best practice

asset management, including data collection, register updates, condition inspections and assessments and data audits under coordinator assets.

**Duties include**:

- Assisting in administrative, operational, technical support with day-to-day routine maintenance
- Liaising with tenants to undertake inspections and reports.
- Assisting in Development, review, regular assessment of housing stock regarding status and conditions.
- Assisting in developing service level agreements, organise compliance, review systems, procedures, and controls within the function of housing management and testing of housing related items (fire alarms, electrical, air conditioning etc).
- Perform any other duties directed by coordinator assets and fulfill duty of care by following OHS measures and policies at all times.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous relevant experience working with dealing with building related construction or maintenance works, with liaison.
- Knowledge or experience using IT Vision SynergySoftProven
- Proven proficiency in written, administration, computer (Microsoft) communication skills with ability to undertake research and write complex letters and reports, developing, implementing, and reviewing policies, strategies, and procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure in a team and individually with minimum supervision.
