The Company:
This large national facility management provider delivers hard and soft maintenance services for a critical public sector client.
The Role:
- Responsible for asset management in support of an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract
- Manage assets on a complex portfolio of buildings, infrastructure and equipment
- Deliver asset management reporting, compliance, routine / reactive maintenance and lifecycle plans etc.
- Improve asset performance and risk management
The Duties:
- Undertake asset register reviews
- Reporting
- Ensure compliance and governance
- Close the gap of non-compliant items
- Variation management
- Review maintenance activities
- Conduct audit programs
- Collection of asset data
The Ideal Profile:
- Experience in Asset Management and Life Cycle Planning
- Ideally Trade or Tertiary-qualified in Engineering, Asset Management, Building, Construction, or relevant qualification
- Ideally understand ISO55001
- Professional and engaging manner
- Proficient in CMMS, MS Word and Excel
