**Your new role**

As an EL1 Partnership Manager, you will be required to work under broad direction while performing complex stakeholder engagement and partnership management functions. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the government & relevant stakeholders to ensure awareness and uptake of this program across Australia.

Your relationships with key stakeholders will be critical in the delivery of this National program and achieving the organisation's' strategic priorities. You will exercise sound decision-making and judgement while undertaking complex problem-solving and issues management. You will also be required to coordinate and undertake detailed or sensitive projects that impact on strategic or operational outcomes for the department.

You will be required to manage staff, oversee budget forecasting and expenditure, and coordinate and chair regular workshops and meetings with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

- Establishing and maintaining strong and strategic partnerships with departments, developing and managing strong and strategic relationships with both internal and external delivery partners, including jurisdictions, and other government bodies.
- Effectively advocating the position of the organisation and the position of their partners, providing feedback to internal colleagues on concerns or requirements raised by stakeholders.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated previous experience in Partnership Manager or similar position
- Experience with developing and managing a range of stakeholder relationships
- Experience in a health background would be highly advantageous
- Applicants for this role MUST be Australian citizens
- Applicants for this role must have the ability to obtain a BASELINE level security clearance
