Established in 1992, through dedication to quality and commitment to technologydevelopment, JOLONG Group has become the industry leader in precisionmanufacturing of high quality, double glazing energy efficient aluminum & UPVC windowand door systems.Through 30 years of continuous growth, JOLONG Group has developed into one of thelargest manufacturing bases with 60000 sqm industrial plant and production capacity of350000 sqm of windows and doors, combining the best technician team, materials,automation machinery, industry design, installation and after sales services.Now we are seeking a highly experienced sales and marketing manager to join our fastgrowing company.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning and ExecutionDevelop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall goalsIdentify market opportunities and design initiatives to capture market shareTeam Leadership and ManagementLead, mentor and manage the Sales and Marketing team to achieve high performance and meet targetsTrain internal sales representatives on successful selling techniques to support overall sales objectivesManage relationships with external sales representatives across Australia.Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.Sales Performance and Revenue GrowthSet sales targets and monitor performance to ensure the company meets its revenue goalsEnsure that sales processes and procedures are being followed by internal sales representatives and that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to sell effectivelyAnalyse sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.Marketing and BrandingOversee the team's creation and execution of marketing campaigns and brand elements to enhance brand visibility and attract customersEnsure consistent and effective brand messaging across all channelsOversee the current rebranding projectEnsure sales representatives are equipped with up-to-date marketing materials for their sales campaigns.ReportingTrack and report on key performance indicatorsUse data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.Compliance and Regulatory AdherenceEnsure all sales and marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and company policiesStay informed about industry regulations and standards.Skills and Experience5+ years of sales and marketing experiencePrevious experience as a Head of Department or in a similar senior management positionResults-driven, with experience in formulating key sales and marketing strategies and analysing a range of reports and numbersExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesAnalytical mindset for interpreting market dataWillingness to travel to our assets across Australia when required.Proficiency in Mandarin in order to communicate with suppliers in China efficientlyTo apply, interested candidates should submit their updated resumes and a cover letterdetailing their relevant experience and explaining why they believe they are a suitable fitfor the role.
