**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Onboarding**: Manage the initial intake of clients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming entry into the service by gathering and verifying all necessary documentation.
- **Documentation Verification**: Check the accuracy and completeness of all documents submitted by clients, ensuring they meet required standards for claims processing.
- **Claims Submission**: Prepare and submit claims to the Department of Veterans Affairs or other relevant bodies, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely submission.
- **Client Communication**: Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, providing clear and detailed information about AVAC Services’ processes and answering queries regarding cases or services offered.
