Goodyear Fleet are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant
**What you'll need to succeed**
As an administration assistant for Goodyear Fleet, you will have a confident customer service manner & background in the tyre, automotive, mechanical or similar industries would be highly regarded. In addition we are seeking someone who possesses;
- Good time management skills and willingness to interact with all customers
- Attention to detail & takes pride in a job well done
- Desire to work for a trusted Australian brand
- The ability to work under pressure in a team environment
- Possess a current valid driver’s license & own car
**About the role**
You will be able to make tough decisions in a fast-paced environment taking into account both the customer needs and the business requirements, including:
- Assisting the Store Manager with retail customers & timely communication to key clients
- Answering of the store phone as required
- Operation of store PC's and systems (must have knowledge of MS Word and Excel)
- Promptly managing OH&S related issues and maintaining a safe working environment
