About the role
we are seeking a highly organized individual with strong coordination abilities, capable of managing diverse tasks and supporting key initiatives across the DonateLife Victoria team.
The purpose of this role is to provide operational support to the DonateLife Victoria (DLV) executive and senior nursing teams and assist in managing various projects and established portfolios/special interest groups.
You will work across a range of DLV teams to drive process improvement and improved organisation, efficiency and outcomes. Supporting these teams, this role will have a broad spectrum of responsibilities including providing secretarial and logístical support for numerous special interest group meetings, small project management, data entry and analysis, document control and internal/external stakeholder engagement.

Proven experience in project facilitation, coordination and liaison
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to engage with stakeholders at a high professional level
Proven ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally across teams
Proven skills and experience to provide support to staff and colleagues
Exceptional organisational, planning and multi-tasking skills along with the ability to coordinate competing priorities
Experience in writing and reviewing operational documentation
Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
