We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You will play a key role in recruiting for our growing Global business and working closely with our internal stake holders and their hiring needs. This is a fast paced environment but we do know how to have fun

**Core Responsibilities**
- Contribute to effective and innovative recruitment strategies
- Facilitate interviews with Operational Managers
- Conduct reference checks
- Negotiate offers of employment
- Provide recruitment metrics
- Other duties as directed by Line Management or delegate.

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition role or Recruitment Agency.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience recruiting in the Clinical Research Industry (advantageous)
- A vocational or tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline (desirable)
- Possess an enthusiastic and approachable personality with a 'can do' attitude.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work within tight timeframes and prioritise workload.
- Be dynamic and action-orientated, with the ability to makes things happen.
- Must show initiative and be pro-active in problem solving and process improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously and cooperatively with other people and to work independently with limited supervision.
