We’re Avance Clinical a Contract Research Organisation. We offer specialised services supporting drug development for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You will play a key role in recruiting for our growing Global business and working closely with our internal stake holders and their hiring needs. This is a fast paced environment but we do know how to have fun

**Core Responsibilities**
- Contribute to effective and innovative recruitment strategies
- Facilitate interviews with Operational Managers
- Conduct reference checks
- Negotiate offers of employment
- Provide recruitment metrics
- Other duties as directed by Line Management or delegate.

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition role or Recruitment Agency.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience recruiting in the Clinical Research Industry (advantageous)
- A vocational or tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline (desirable)
- Possess an enthusiastic and approachable personality with a 'can do' attitude.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work within tight timeframes and prioritise workload.
- Be dynamic and action-orientated, with the ability to makes things happen.
- Must show initiative and be pro-active in problem solving and process improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously and cooperatively with other people and to work independently with limited supervision.
