We are currently seeking a SUPERSTAR Payroll Specialist responsible for our payroll function.

As a part of our awesome global accounts team, you will be driven and self-motivated, with a proven ability to work independently and use initiative. A strong communicator, you are able to influence to ensure relevant stakeholders are engaged and adhere to company deadlines.

This is a **Brisbane-based** role. To be considered, you must be eligible to work legally in Australia on a full-time basis.

**What You’ll Do**
- Manage the entire payroll function and process ad-hoc payments when needed
- End-to-end payroll processing, services, taxation and other deductions
- Work and coordinate with the relevant team members to ensure all time and attendance data is reflected in line with awards and employment contracts
- Liaise with the people & culture team to ensure all payroll-related policies are practical and current
- Involvement in implementation of new global payroll system
- Perform monthly LSL and AL reconciliations and calculations
- Monthly payroll reconciliation to GL, variance analysis and headcount reporting to support EOM requirements
- Entering of payroll entries to the accounting system
- Responsible for accurate and efficient calculations and lodgements regarding payroll tax, superannuation, third party payments and any other requirements
- Maintenance of annual leave per location
- Audit assistance where required.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in payroll, with first-rate payroll knowledge
- Ability to process payrolls in excess of 400 employees
- A talent to work independently and also as a wider team member
- Sound knowledge of Excel, with experience in Google Suite a bonus
- Exposure or knowledge of **Cloudpay** and / or Workday would be an advantage
- And as usual in payroll, the ability to work under pressure if required.
