We have a position available within our Leadership Development Team for a Leadership Development Specialist to provide expert leadership training and coaching facilitation to RACQ leaders, at all levels, to create a highly skilled and capable leadership team and a culture of sustained high performance.

This leadership specialist, will prepare, schedule, and deliver leadership development, coaching activities and programs as required. Assess and analyse data to inform the planning, creation, delivery, and facilitation of leadership development activities. Measure and report on effectiveness of leadership coaching programs, using data to support analysis and recommendations. Deliver classroom facilitation of leadership curriculum to Leaders at all levels of the organisation. Provide individual and group feedback using relevant instruments. Understands key leadership responsibilities and accountabilities to provide context and facilitate team interventions and strategy days.

About you.
- Qualifications in Human Resources and/or relevant study area.
- Superior facilitation and presenting skills.
- Understanding of contemporary adult learning principals and instructional design skills.
- HR generalist experience and exposure to key HR processes
- Extensive experience working with leaders to develop their leadership skills through coaching and influencing using Neruoleadership concepts
- Highly developed relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed research, conceptual and analytical skills.
- Able to demonstrate business acumen.
- Ability to manage a diverse range of work and stakeholders simultaneously.
- High personal integrity and ability to maintain confidential information.
