**Accounts Administrator**

Our Client a market leader in the Gas supply industry is currently looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their friendly team at Yennora, NSW situated close to public transport.

This position is an integral part in managing all aspects of the customer's account.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Managing respective debtor's ledger targets
- Reduce overdue debt - cash collection targets are achieved
- Escalate and liaise with internal departments in relation to customer disputes
- Build relationships internally and externally to keep customer satisfaction high
- Supporting customer service team

**About you**:

- Experience in Accounts Receivable / Collections / Credit Control role
- Intermediate Microsoft Office experience
- Experience with ERP - Navision highly regarded
- Ability to build strong rapport with customers
- Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
