**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Telephone Accounts Administrator to join our Customer Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with our customers, prospecting for new accounts, and supporting contract and pricing setup. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

**What you will be doing**
- Make enquiries regarding customer satisfaction and requirements.
- Prospect for new accounts and relay information to the sales department.
- Liaise with departments to provide accurate information regarding customer calls.
- Ensure first-touch resolution by advising customers with true and accurate information.
- Handle credit adjustment notes, process pricing claims, and order processing.
- Review key customer orders, investigate processing errors, and maintain cylinder holding accuracy.
- Handle inbound calls from key customers and make outbound calls as per a prearranged call cycle.
- Advise the transport coordinator or team leaders of changes to orders and emergency deliveries.
- Supply copies of invoices, credit notes, statements, and proofs of delivery as required.
- Set up customer portals and follow up on portal queries for key customers.
- Address issues with scanners, handhelds, and other devices for key customers.
**What we need from you**
- HSC or TAFE qualified in marketing, customer relations courses; a graduate in science, marketing, economics, or related courses preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in service centre roles.
- Intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Navision Dynamics experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Professional phone mannerism and etiquette.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
