Aries Security, a leading provider of professional security services, is seeking a dedicated **Rostering Coordinator** to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment with training provided to ensure your success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the scheduling and rostering of security personnel for assigned shifts
- Ensure optimal staffing levels for evening shifts from Friday to Sunday
- Communicate with security staff to confirm availability and shift assignments
- Maintain accurate records of shift allocations and attendance
- Resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues promptly
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure coverage for urgent or last-minute changes

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in rostering, scheduling, or coordination (preferred but not required)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
