- Hourly Rate: $26.85- $33.87 + Super
**The role**:
In this role, you will report to the Roster Team Leader and be responsible for the response rostering process.
**To be successful you will need**:
- Ability to work in the hours of 1.30pm - 8.00pm onsite, or WFH when there is an operational need to do so
- High level of knowledge and experience working in a rostering or scheduling role within a complex, fast paced and multidisciplinary 24/7 industry.
- Well-developed capacity to manage the competing demands of a busy environment, work to deadlines and maintain attention to detail
- A sound working knowledge of Enterprise agreement interpretation and fatigue management principles
- Extensive knowledge of Rostering, Payroll process and Time Capture systems including experience undertaking system administration functions to keep the Rostering system up to date
- Demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to liaise with staff and managers to coordinate shifts
- The availability to work within the business span from 5.30am to 2:00pm Monday
- Friday onsite, or WFH when there is an operational need to do so
