**About the Opportunity**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Log, track and update customer support tickets, using Salesforce and Hudu
- Provide technical assistance in delivering projects across our range of IT and communications services
- Manage phone system remote moves / adds / changes
- Manage, monitor and configure Cisco Meraki and FortiGate devices
- Create, update and maintain technical documentation
- Minimum of 2 years in a technical support role
- Excellent communication manner and customer facing skills
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to deliver great outcomes for clients
- Experience in IP Networking, Routing, VPN and Firewalls
- Documentation and record-keeping skills, with strong attention to detail
- A demonstrated team player, both when working remotely and in the team environment
- A proven ability to demonstrate initiative and attention to detail to see things through
- A positive and friendly attitude, representing the company with integrity
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong initiative and desire to learn and develop
- An Australian driver’s license
**Extra points for**:
- Experience working for an IT Services or Telecommunications provider
- Experience with cloud-based phone systems
- Experience with Routers and Firewalls
- Experience with Salesforce
- Knowledge of SIP protocol and Wireshark packet analyzer
- Relevant IT degree
