Our client is an MSP with substantial growth over the past 3 years and a solid pipeline of work to come. As a result, we have openings for multiple EUC Support Analyst to provide Level 1 / 2 Desktop Support to customers via various communication channels.
In this role, you will provide support to Phone and Online platforms, and therefore must be highly proficient with communication platforms.
Initial 3 months with extensions likely once proven.
**_ To be considered for this role you will need the following skills, attributes, and experience:_**
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a level 1/2 support role within a Wintel environment.
- Previous experience in Customer Service position is essential.
- Must have excellent communications skills and an eagerness to learn.
- Proactive, flexible attitude to work with a willingness to be part of a rostered team.
- Some level of After-Hours support is required to maintain required service to customer.
- Must have experience in a Windows OS environment
- Delivering robust provisioning for the office desktop, mobility assets and other related technology.
- Delivering a rapid and efficient resolution service to customers with escalated technical issues.
- Providing prompt escalation of issues, requests to relevant service management positions and/or working closely with support teams for issue resolution.
- Attention to detail.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills and ability to deal with senior executives.
