Then come and join our global team as a Business Administration Professional in our Finance Team. You will be responsible for supporting the Commercial Managers with project handover and order acceptance from Sales (Internal), project establishment in our ERP, and clarification of any outstanding requirements.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Commercial management of projects including but not limited to project set up, raising purchase orders, supplier management, and project invoicing.
- Financial project monitoring, cost controlling and forecasting including revenue recognition.
- Management of project cashflow, Contract and Claim Management.
- Drive improvement in commercial project management processes.

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- Previous role in commercial and/or accounting environment, preferably in project management environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Accounting or Economics, accompanied by work experience in a commercial and/or accounting environment.
- Training and/or practical work with MS Office Packages essential. Sound knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). SAP R/3 knowledge should be at Key/Super User level.
- Strong Command of the English language (written and verbal). Strong organisation, time management, problem-solving and interpersonal skills,
