**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong track record in business administration to join our Sydney office. You will support the Defence Infrastructure & Advisory business by providing key administrative support to team members across our offices in Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane.

As an integral member of our team, you will be the go-to person for various operational support tasks. You should have commercial business acumen, understand the importance of meeting deadlines, and provide quality outputs and service. To succeed in this role, you need to be highly organized, a clear and confident communicator, and committed to providing professional and quality support.
- Provide administrative support for the DIA team and Operations Manager, focusing on weekly and monthly reporting, meeting coordination, documentation preparation, and information gathering.
- Support management with proposal preparation, management, and quality reports.
- Coordinate staff inductions, timesheets, invoice coordination, training, and quality compliance.
- Assist with project and opportunity tracking and resource planning.
- Support the day-to-day operations of our Brindabella Park office (specific to the Canberra-based Business Administrator).
- Be part of a national Business Administration team and provide backup support to team members in other locations as needed.
