That’s why we need a visionary **product** **leader** to join our team and help us scale our high-impact solution globally.

**Requirements**:
At Cadmus, we’re doing a lot of great work rapidly to create a profound impact on our world through the power of education. With Cadmus currently being used in 50+ countries, we’re looking for a **Chief Product Officer** who is passionate about innovative learning solutions to lead our product team.

Reporting to the **Chief Operating Officer**, our **Chief Product Officer** will:

- Lead our high-performing global design, product and engineering team
- Design and execute a growth-focused and impactful global product strategy
- Build a world-class, high-performing product, design and technology function
- Ensure our partners and users continuously experience value and impact from our solution
- Evangelise product within our organisation, across our partners and to our broader community

**Professional Skills and Experience**:

- You have 10+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, product development or product design
- You have 5+ years of leadership and people management experience
- You have expertise in technology, design and product; having worked in or managed these functions previously
- You have worked for a global market-leading education technology provider
- You have a proven track record of developing and executing global product strategies successfully
- You have successfully built and managed a team of high-performers across multiple time zones
- You are well-educated, holding a bachelor's degree from a leading university

**Hiring Process**:
Our interview process consists of a recruiter phone screen, a hiring manager interview, a homework task and a panel interview. These will be completed in-person or online (via Zoom).
