We pride ourselves on delivering personalised and exceptional service and products.

Due to continued growth of both our retail workshop and new line pump sales we are currently looking for a Full Time **Customer Service Coordinator.**

**About the role**

As the customer service coordinator, you will be working closely with the warehouse foreman and concrete pump technicians to coordinate all the daily service jobs in the workshop. Your main responsibilities will be to manage the warehouse and workshop operations of the business to ensure all customers service requirements are met. The Customer Service Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse or workshop facility and impacting on the company's success.

Your daily duties will include but not limited to:

- Attend to customer enquiries and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
- Managing customer expectations and keeping customers informed regarding order lead times and progress.
- Coordinate with warehouse foreman to ensure all warehouse operations are completed timely and accurate.
- Coordinate with concrete pump technicians to ensure workshop operations are completed efficiently and understand lead times to manage customer expectations.
- Ensure all service and warehouse jobs are documented to a high standard and administrative processes are followed.

**About you**
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written.
- Highly organised and possess great time management skills.
- Strong administrative skills with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- Able to engage and build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders including customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures.
- Mechanical machinery orientated experience (preferred)
- Must have demonstrated leadership experience in either a workshop or warehouse management role.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Warehouse or Workshop: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
