Milperra location - on-site parking available and close to public transport
- Monday to Friday, 7.00am - 3.00pm + rotating Saturdays (8.00am - 12.00pm)

Daimler Trucks Milperra are seeking a customer centric Service Advisor to join our high performing team on a permanent, full-time basis

As the face of our Service department, you will be a trusted partner to variety of our key customers. Your day will involve tending to customer queries over the phone and face to face, scheduling service bookings and general administration duties. You will work closely with your team members and technicians to ensure our customers receive a best-in class service and a positive experience from our department.

This rare opportunity is well suited to an organised and efficient individual with Customer Service experience. If you have a strong willingness to learn and a genuine interest in the automotive industry, we want to hear from you

**About The Role**:

- Manage service and repair booking enquiries
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships with fleets of all sizes
- Coordinate with workshop controllers to ensure timely completion of all work
- Efficiently process invoices and purchase orders
- Identify and document any additional service requirements

- Demonstrated Customer Service experience within any industry
- Service driven ethic with the ability to understand and help our customers
- Commitment to professional and personal development
- Good organisational skills, particularly time management and prioritisation
- Availability to work overtime when required and rotating Saturdays (once a month, 8.00am - 12.00pm)
