Let’s talk about you- An excellent understanding of the telco industry- At least three years’ proven experience in a team leader/management position- Outstanding personal organisation and time management skills- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to:
- Oversee and support the team by listening, resolving issues, answering questions, and helping with problem-solving- Tackle problems head on, work both independently and as a team player, and quickly adapt to changes

How will you support our “Why?”-
- Assisting the Customer Solutions Delivery Manager to meet team KPIs- Leading, coaching, and developing the team for optimal performance- Motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service- Ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue by providing timely and high-quality solutions- Handling internal department escalations and customer delivery complaints- Providing on-the-job training to our Customer Solutions Coordinators- Performing other assigned duties
